Composition

  • Sub-base: Grind ceramics 0/40 mm without being compacted, 20 cm thickness levelled with arid or quarry dust.
  • Pavement: GreenSet Davis Cup pavement composed of an ash controlled mixture, crushed grind ceramic, lime and red soil, 5 cm thickness.

> Court characteristics

Watered and compacted with red sandstone finishing.Application of GreenSet Davis Cup pavement, 0/1mm size across all the court surface of 0.5cm thickness. Made on site, consisting of mortar Griffi (white cement) with reinforcement rods and leaving expansion joints

> Recommendations for a successful application

Levelled and compacted ground. Construction of a perimeter wall of at least 40cm height. Construction of chests for water outlets. Construction of foundations for net posts. Placement of enclosure poles embedded in the perimeter wall enclosing. The enclosure (mesh) can be placed after the court has been finished. Subbase and pavement: from 3 to 4 weeks per court, unless adverse weather conditions.

> Right Maintenance

Irrigation and smoothing of the court with mat, following GreenSet technical specifications.
